SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICIES:

Synergy Detox ships all orders the same day as shown in the above shipping cut off time schedule.

Orders placed after the above times are shipped the next day, except Sundays (no orders are shipped on Sundays). Package tracking numbers are emailed to the email address given on the order at 5 PM PST. If you don't see a package tracking number in your inbox by that time, be sure to check your junk mail folder.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel an order by sending an email to cancel@synergydetox.com. Cancellation requests are not taken by phone. Please include your name and order number in the cancellation email. The order cancellation cut off time is 2 hours before the shipping cut off times shown above. All cancellation emails are time stamped. Cancellation emails received after the cancellation cut off time will be shipped as scheduled. They can be returned under our 21 day return policy.

Overnight Delivery:

Overnight deliveries are scheduled to arrive by 10:30 AM the next day in most areas. Rural or remote areas can expect later delivery times. If you want to know the guaranteed delivery time for your area, go to http://www.fedex.com or call 1-800-Go-Fedex and ask for delivery time commitment for priority overnight in your area. Orders ship from zip code 85755.

Saturday Delivery:

If you want your package delivered on a Saturday, you must choose Saturday delivery from the shipping options when checking out. If you choose Next Day Air and not Saturday delivery from the shipping options on a Friday, your package will arrive Monday, the next business day. Saturday delivery is available in most areas, but may not be available in rural or remote areas. If you are unsure if Saturday delivery is available in your area, call 1-800-Go-Fedex and give the operator your zip code (orders ship from zip code 85755).

Sunday Delivery:

If you want your package delivered on a Sunday, you must order before 11:00 AM PST on Saturday and choose Sunday delivery from the shipping options when checking out. We use USPS Express Mail for Sunday deliveries. Sunday deliveries are limited to certain areas and available for continental US deliveries only. Please follow the directions below to check to see if you qualify for Sunday delivery:

3.) Enter your delivery zip code

4.) The shipping date should be Saturday

5.) After clicking the Submit button, if the results show a Service Commitment of 1 day your package is eligible for Sunday delivery. If the results show a service commitment of 2 days then your area is not eligible for Sunday delivery.

Other Shipping Info:

We use Federal Express for all deliveries except Sunday deliveries, in which we use USPS.

Synergy detox is not responsible for late deliveries caused by the following: Perils of the air, public enemies, criminal acts of any person(s) or entities, including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, authority of law, local disputes, civil commotion, hazards incident to a state of war, local or national weather conditions, national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks (as determined solely by us), strikes or anticipated strikes (of any entity, including, but not limited to, other carriers, vendors or suppliers), labor disruptions or shortages caused by pandemic conditions or other public health event or circumstances, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods and hurricanes are examples of natural disasters), conditions that present a danger to our personnel, and disruption or failure of communication and information systems (including, but not limited to, our systems).
