CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel an order by sending an email to cancel@synergydetox.com. Cancellation requests are not taken by phone. Please include your name and order number in the cancellation email. The order cancellation cut off time is 2 hours before the shipping cut off times shown in the shipping section. All cancellation emails are time stamped. Cancellation emails received after the cancellation cut off time will be shipped as scheduled. They can be returned under our 21 day return policy.  

RETURN POLICY:

There is a 21 day return policy on all products, which starts from the day your order is received. On all returned orders, the customer will be given a full refund minus shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

If a package is refused an additional charge of $14 will be subtracted from the refund price to pay for the return shipping. All refunds are processed the last business day of the same month they were received.

Credits are processed to the same credit card or paypal account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Paypal credits appear the same day.

We recommend using a ship method that uses package tracking when sending back returns. Returns received at any other address besides the one shown above, past the 21 day return time, or opened and/or with product seals broken will not be eligible for a refund.
